McCoy’s Return Policy

 

Along with your privacy, your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us at McCoy’s THIS and ordering our product through THIS website is no different. We take pride in our hot sauce, it took a lot of work to get THIS far and your product satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. We want you to have the best experience possible and hopefully agree with us that THIS is, indeed, a unique hot sauce.

When your order arrives, please inspect it immediately. If the package is damaged or you are unhappy with the product in any way, we will exchange it or refund your money. Simple as that.

Send us an email to info@putTHISonit.com describing what has happened and that you will be returning the product to us and as many details about you as you can. We will use this information later to tie the returns to the emails. Then repackage the product back into the box it came in, include a copy of your invoice and follow these two steps:

1. Go to www.putTHISonit.com and visit our Contact Us page. Fill out the form within 30 days of receiving your order to let us know that you have already sent an email explaining why you are making a return. On the form, please include your name, shipping address and invoice number along with a reminder about why the return and exchange/refund is necessary. Provide as much detail as possible. We will promptly provide you, in an email, with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and a return shipping address.

2. Please send your return package, with the RMA number written clearly below our shipping address, via UPS or U.S. Mail - Post Insured. Insurance protects you in case the items are damaged or lost in transit. Unopened items must be received, by us, in a re-saleable condition for a refund to be possible. Unless the goods were somehow already damaged in the shipment to you, please make sure they are safely packaged for the return back to us. We cannot refund your money on items damaged due to inadequate packaging.

Once we have received your Return package, we will issue a refund for the price of the products you returned and we will include any taxes paid. If you paid by credit card, we will charge-back the amount to your credit card. If you paid by check or money order, we will mail you a check. If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, we will also refund your shipping costs incurred to return the item to us. Please allow up to 10-14 days for McCoy’s THIS & www.putTHISonit.com to process your refund. You will be notified via email once your refund has been issued.
