Mix Foods' McCoy's THIS premiered in San Diego this year at the city's Irish Festival on March 14th, 2009.  The festival is claimed to be the biggest Irish Fest West of the Mississippi (135,000 people attened in 2008) and it's believeable because it's massive.  What a festival it is, located in San Diego's Balboa Park West side!

On-stage bands entertained the masses all day long and hundreds of Irish vendors presented their wares ranging from hats and t-shirts to the best corned beef sandwiches we've ever had. In particular Bernadette Malone's hot food booth, the festival's organizers, had long lines all day and the best corned beef on the planet that day. Malone's also presented McCoy's THIS as part of their condiment line.  

Our booth was well positioned at the supposed entrance of the festival near the "Beer Garden" where the musicians were blasting song and good times were had by all.  It's a shame it all ended so soon.  Sales were really good and there wasn't much time to grab more footage but we did manange to catch THIS .
